A classic of Arabic cuisine made from hearty couscous, various vegetables and herbs.


Ingredients: couscous * , dried vegetables * 10% (tomatoes *, carrots *, onions *), parsley *, sea salt, rubbed spearmint *, coriander *, black pepper *

Preparation instructions

Preparation for 2-3 servings

Put the couscous mixture in a bowl and pour 230 ml of hot stock over it. After 5 minutes, fluff the couscous with a fork. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli and olive oil. In Arabic cuisine, the couscous salad is called tabboule. The main ingredient is durum wheat semolina from our organic mill.

TIP: Mix in the finely diced cucumber or pomegranate seeds as a fresh round.
