Preparation instructions

Recipe suggestion barley risotto (for 2 people)

You need: 100 g pearl barley, approx. 500 ml stock, 1 small onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 8 strands of saffron, white wine, parsley, salt, pepper. Preparation as with the classic risotto with rice, total cooking time approx. 25 minutes. Sprinkled with parmesan, it tastes delicious!
